"Ultimate Fried Oysters" from Miyagi Prefecture now available

Miyagi oysters, fresh breadcrumbs, and high-quality sesame oil: carefully selected ingredients bring out an even more refined flavor
The ingredients and cooking method for our signature dish, "Ultimate Fried Oysters," will be revamped and offered with a new flavor from May 16, 2025.
To maximize the rich flavor of Miyagi oysters, we have newly adopted fresh breadcrumbs made by a local company, which gives the dish a light and delicate texture and a fragrant aroma.
Furthermore, by carefully frying the oysters in high-quality 100% light sesame oil, which has a subtle aroma and brings out the natural flavor of the ingredients, we create a refined and deep taste that brings out the natural flavor of the oysters.
By reviewing both the ingredients and cooking methods, the "Ultimate Fried Oysters" has evolved into a more refined and profound flavor than ever before. This exquisite dish, carefully prepared with no effort spared, is a product we are confident will deliver new excitement to our long-time loyal customers.

To complement the rich flavor of the oysters, the breadcrumbs are a unique blend of four carefully selected types.
Using fluffy fresh breadcrumbs made specifically for the ultimate fried oysters by "THE MOST BAKERY," famous for its pure fresh bread, and breadcrumb specialist "Kanehisa," we have repeatedly changed the composition and made prototypes to create a fragrant yet light homemade blend.
This gives the fried oysters a light, crispy batter with a delicate texture, while the oysters inside are plump and juicy.

Taihaku sesame oil is a high-quality sesame oil made by pressing white sesame seeds without roasting them, and is also preferred in Ayurveda. Because it does not go through the roasting process, it is less likely to oxidize and is suitable for high-temperature cooking, making it ideal for deep-frying and other heated cooking.
Unlike regular sesame oil, light sesame oil has almost no scent and is nearly transparent in appearance, which brings out the natural aroma and flavor of the ingredients and results in an elegant finish.
By using 100% of this light sesame oil, the natural flavor of the oysters is brought out, resulting in a flavorful dish.
We use large, plump, rich oysters from Miyagi Prefecture that are grown by contracted fishermen specifically for Taritsun.

Enjoy our "Ultimate Fried Oysters" in three different flavors, bringing out the full flavor of the oysters.
First, try them without any seasonings, and enjoy the rich flavor and juiciness of the oysters themselves.
The second one is refreshing with domestic lemon and rock salt, which further enhances the flavor of the oysters.
The third is a homemade tartar sauce made with Zao Jinyo eggs. Its mellow and rich flavor creates an exquisite harmony with the richness of the oysters.
We also offer our own homemade lemon squash, specially developed to go with the "Ultimate Fried Oysters." Enjoy a pleasant moment with this lemon squash, made with two whole domestic lemons for a refreshingly sour taste.
