The sauce is based on whole soybean soy sauce from Miyagi Prefecture, and the flavor of the ingredients is infused into it, and with each addition it becomes richer and richer, giving the plump grilled conger eel a deep, mellow, and melt-in-your-mouth rich flavor.
A delicious way to eat it with our proud broth
Enjoy a bowl of Ichinobo dashi, which has been cultivated over many years.
The first dashi stock, made from two types of kelp from Rishiri and Hidaka, and carefully extracted bonito flakes, further enhances the delicate flavor of the conger eel.
