Starting Sunday, June 1st, we will begin serving our "Raw Sea Urchin Set Meal from Miyagi Prefecture." Made without alum, these fresh sea urchins are large and have a refreshing, gentle sweetness. Taritzuan's "Raw Sea Urchin Set Meal from Miyagi Prefecture" includes eight shelled sea urchins, paired with Miyagi nori seaweed, Shiogama seaweed salt, Kawakei Brewery soy sauce, and egg yolk soy sauce.
